Heating ducts 290 Crusader

My heating ducts in the ceiling are blowing cold air. The lower ducts are fine. Was looking for advice on how to access the connection point of the duct that feeds the ceiling. I believe it may have come disconnected. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

The round ceiling vents in Crusader are AC not heat

The floor vents are for heat only - the two rectangle vents in the ceiling on each side are the cold air returns for the AC system - those are why it is a much more quiet setup

You should not have any air from ceiling vents if running furnace - make sure your fan is set to Auto

Thank you for your reply havynlori. The thermostat was not on auto. The ceiling ducts are now not blowing cold air. Glad it was that simple
