I am in a campground and 82 year old guy in the next site asked for help with getting the TV working. When I try to auto program it finds no stations. His unit is the 28RL ,2016. I can not find the switch for the power antenna anywhere. Can anyone tell me where it's located.
look for the button on the antenna outlet plate for main tv. push it, you should get a green indicator light, showing power to antenna is on. Antenna up?. TV source to antenna, air etc so it will scan?

Is this for cable channels or over the air channels?

If you follow the coax cable from the TV to the wall you should find the antenna outlet plate which is where the opposite end of the coax cable should be plugged in. Run your hand over the antenna outlet plate to find the button to boost the antenna. If the light on the button is off the button can be very difficult to see. Just slide your hand over the outlet plate.
I tried feeling for it 3 times. I guess I need to look closer with a flashlight. I'm trying to get the OTA channels. Our units are back to back and I can pull in 20 channels on my TV so I know they are available.
I know your frustration. I know where it's located and still have trouble finding it. Hang in there, you'll find it. By the way KUDOS to you for the help your giving!
Thank you guys for making me look again. I found the switch between the cable and the wall. Couldn't see it but finally felt it. Those folks are watching TV for the first ever since buying the unit a year ago. I got them both to feel the switch and wrote down the directions for further use.
Great job!! With the generous help you provided and the hard work of the people who keep this forum running smoothly here's a story with a happy ending. This is the reason I love RVing.
