Yes if spacing matches. A nice home one would not be as cheaply made. Replaced my kitchen one in my old camper a few years ago.

99% of RV faucets are plastic painted chrome color.
They all break and leak. Get a good one.

Have done it in ours...was a quick fix, and the home faucet is much nicer...no more squeaky plastic faucet.

Replaced the island faucet after the cheap plastic handle broke off. Went with one that has a sprayer. Bought at Lowes. Recently purchased a bathroom faucet which I'll install once I uncover the camper.

RV faucets are typically the same as home type as far as installation spacing goes. Kitchen faucets are either a single hole or 8 inch on center. Bathrooms are typically 4 inch on center. I have found all my RV's to comply with this standard. Of course, there will always be the exception.

Typically the connection to the faucet is a threaded connector. The only reason you would need a crimping tool is if you have to extend water lines for some reason. I haven't looked at mine to see if the threaded fittings are crimped on the pex or if they used an extension line of some sort.
I was looking at replacement faucets at Lowe's the other day, they are getting just as cheap as the stuff they put in RV's Several of the ones I looked at were plated plastic and they are still charging pretty high prices for them. Shop carefully.

Kitchen was easier due to more room.
This is what it looks like after removal of the OEM faucet.
I cut my pipes to connect the new fittings, when in fact I didn't need to. They would have just threaded right on.
Under the sink with OEM faucet in place before removal. If I had smaller hands, I could have undone the connectors.

Easiest way to work with the piping for sinks is cut the line install your faucet set then cut you a pice of pex or pvc pipe and use shark bites to put both together

Yes...if you can't simply screw the lines back onto new fixture due to length od piping then the Shark Bites readily available in the plumbing section work great, and are quick and simple.

I have the same shower in my Crusader and same showerhead. Did you put just one screw in and use Double face tape to hold it up?

I have residential faucets with pull outs on both my galley and bathroom sinks. the faucet in the shower is still an RV unit however.

Bob, that's an Oxygenics Body Spa shower head, one of the most popular RV upgrades out there.
