I don't have a problem (and never have) helping to keep up with new members. I still enjoy it, but I probably could use some help now and then. I don't have the time to check the forum as much as I use to.

My belief in Prime Time's quality hasn't diminished either! As you have stated many times on this forum, PT isn't perfect and when things don't go right, you do whatever it takes to make it right.
As you know, I've asked many questions about PT's RVs before and after I made my purchase. I guess I should have kept notes so that I could better explain to people what I learned and why I feel the way I do. There are so many little things that PT does differently that I believe add up to a big difference. There's some pretty big ones too, like how you test EACH unit TWICE before shipping to the dealers. Somehow there are still units that ship with problems that should have been caught, but it's how you handle those issues that makes PT stand out.

So don't worry. I still get excited when I see others excited about their new PT RV purchase, or any Forest River purchase for that matter, and I'm still as much a PT advocate as I ever was.

300! We better roll up our sleeves. We got some work to do!

Last year (2011) we took delivery of a Crusader 260RLD in March and embarked on a 3000 mile journey in April. Things went very well until we emptied our tanks the first time and found the Black/Grey were mislabeled. Then I started to flush the black tank and I had a water fall coming down from inside the wall flooding the hook-up cabinet. This was late on a Friday afternoon, not necessarily a show stopper, so I went to Prime Time's website and wrote a message, not knowing what to expect. My intention was to call PT on Monday morning. To my surprise Brandon York called me on Saturday. He did not have the answer but told me he would have someone call me on Monday. On Monday morning Shane Imus called me from the factory and told me he thought it was the back flow preventer in the flush line or a fitting in this line. Being on the road with no dealerships near, Shane went out into the factory and took pictures of what I should look for and how to get to the items. I did exactly as Shane suggested and found that the top of the back flow preventer had snapped off and snapping it back on fixed the problem. What great service!!!

Glad to hear that Brandon and Shane were able to help you. I don't believe there is an RV made that doesn't require some form of repair maitenance by the owner. At least PT comes through and don't leave you waiting or stranded.

First Post and new Member. Picked up a 2012 Lacrosse 318 BHS yesterday with all the bells and whistles. Had a very excited 3 yr old and 5 yr old when I got home, so we set up in the driveway and "camped" last night.

I've been prowling the internet for a week and just can't find much negative info on the Lacrosse or Prime Time. I think we made a good choice.

Upgraded from a used Springdale 266 that was our first TT. We bought it in October 2010 to see if we would enjoy the TT lifestyle with the kids. We never looked back and take at least one long weekend a month to hit the road. Now we have a larger unit to take guests and still have plenty of room.
