Just purchased a 2012 Crusader 320RLT

Just thought I'd say hi - coming from tag-a-long world to a 5th wheel is new to me.

Delivery is next week - I'm psyched!

We also have a 320 and love it. We have had a few minor problems but customer service has been wonderful.

well I am was suppose to close the deal on a 2012 Touring Edition today but there was a problem with the slide - straight from the factory - so they are waiting for a part and we are suppose to make it official next Saturday. Little nervous as usual, hopefully this is not a sign. So BC11 I know yours is a 2011 but what were the problems just we know what to keep an eye on?

First problem was the baggage slam door was bowed. They sent us a new door.
Then the booster kept going out when we plugged in the bedroom TV. The cables ended up being crossed. We found this out after changing the booster which didn't help.
Then we used the black tank flush and it leaked. It ended up being the valve. They sent us a new valve and we were able to fix it.
Our last trip we ran the furnace quite a bit, therefore ran out of gas on one tank. We then found out the switch over valve didn't work. They sent us a new valve.

Although we have had a few problems Brian has been able to fix everything here. Which means a lot because our dealer is over an hour away.

Brandon and the group at primetime has been wonderful at getting everything that we needed sent to us. Which means a lot to us. This was our first NEW camper and new there would be some issues. We would most definitely recommend it to anyone. We know a lot of people that have bought New 5ers from other manufacturers and customer support doesn't even compare.
