Can't find any literature on how to program or even how to use the keypad. The dealership has not been very helpful and no one really knows how to use it. Hopefully someone out there can help me.

Anyone having problems with the lock system actually working with their keyless? Mine worked for a month. Now, it makes a noise like it is working but does not lock or unlock. Seems like the door is out of line but the key/manual lever works fine. Any suggestions?

Wow, talk about incredible customer service! All I did was ask fellow PT owners troubleshooting suggestions on this thread and I get a response from PT's Customer Service Rep, Brandon York. Very impressive! I do not think you would get this type of response from any other RV manufacturer.

I contacted prime time customer service and received a PDF on how to use the keyless entry. I was very impressed on the quick reply from Brandon with this issue. Thanks for all the help.

Problem solved...I opened the door, put mechanism in locked postion with my key, sprayed lubricant, retracked/unlocked mechanism, shut the door, worked the lock multiple times, left it in locked position, pushed the buttons to unlock and voila....it works again. If anyone else has the mechanism making noise but not working, I recommend using a non-oil based spray on lubricant (something that will not collect dust, etc.). I forget the name of what I used.
