Kitchen drawer space in the 320

Okay so I am proud to say so far I have zero complaints with our brand new 320...I love it! One teeny weenie thing that bothers me so I am reaching out to the kitchen lovers like me...what is with those drawers?...we have a couple huge drawers for pots and such..but what in the world is with those little short drawers? I have a small silverware tray made for campers that I keep for my forks/spoons and knives that I used to use in my Gearbox Toyhauler and then when we got this trailer I went to put it in on of the drawers and there is no where to fit it. There isn't a drawer long enough to hold silver ware or even utensils like a spatula, stiring spoon nothing! Listen if this is my biggest peeve obviously that is a good thing but I am scratching my head as to where in the world to put my silverware and utensils..(sounds stupid I know)...any suggestions out there? Yes I also use plastic..I know its camping but I also like real forks and knives...and I don't just want to throw them in the drawer to become a huge mess..ideas ladies? gents?:con fused:

We had same problem with our 320. My wife bought a round utensil caddy from bed, bath, and beyond. It spins and is divided into three sections and we think it will work for forks, spoons, and knives. We also like stainless rather than plastic.

Ya know we also have the 320 but,I got to admit the DW set it up and I really didn't pay much attention to it. Guess I'm going to have to go out and look at it...........later!

Gratefulone81, this is a Very Good question? We have had our 320 now for almost a year now and we are still working on this same problem. For now we have placed our silverware trey from our old Flagstaff camper under one of the kitchen table chairs. We have gone to several stores with tape measure in hand and NO luck but we did get 2 small trays to hold like spoons in one and forks in the other for now. But we are looking also. If anyone comes up with a good idea, we are interested also.

I purchased a silverware divider and cut it to fit exactly to the drawer. My drawer is 11" X 10" and it fits perfectly.

Thanks for the feedback, Folks. We will work towards a better solution for this issue.

If I may, a follow-up question on this issue: Our normal 320s have (3) 18" drawers in the kitchen base. Our Touring Edition models had a vacuum installed in the kitchen base and we had to cut the 18" drawers down to 10" to allow for it to fit. Is the main issue the length only being 10" because you have a Touring Edition or is it a "width" issue that would apply to all the drawers all the time?

I believe the issue is drawer depth on the Touring Edition.

Ours is the width, can not find one that fits, and like DesertHunters we have thought about doing this just have not done it yet!
