Lacrosse 301rl

We are looking at a Lacrosse 301RLS. Does anybody have any stories or opinions about this model? We are looking for both positive and negative info, so let us have it both ways

Thanks,
Danny

Hey Danny

Like you we "graduated" to a Lacrosse 303 RKS in Sept. 2010 from a 2009 Wildwood 27 RLSS. I found the quality of materials and workmanship to be much more superior than the Wildwood. The 301 RLS is a new model for Prime Time and I haven't seen anyone on this forum with one yet. However, that said, I don't feel you can go wrong as others here will attest with any Prime Time you choose. Sure there have been issues as with any new TT but what sets Prime Time apart from the rest is their construction methods, quality control and if something should happen, there customer service is second to none (again atested to here on this forum many times over).

So, don't hesitate to make your purchase. The vast majority of Prime Time owners here are very happy with their decision and we all help each other when we have questions. Oh, I almost forgot the best part ...... "RVGUY" on this forum is a Prime Time exec. and monitors this forum daily. He will chime in and answer questions or will find the answer and get back without fail.

Good luck in your research and have fun!!!, ,

We bought a 301RLS last May. We have enjoyed it very much. We have yet to find a travel trailer we like better. The large fridge, fireplace, and ample storage were all huge for us. The TV viewing angles are also great. We are headed out to Stone Mountain Park Saturday. Let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy!

New 2010 LaCroose 303RK pros and cons

We decided not to get the 301rls for various reasons, but we are looking at new 2010 30rk. What are the pros and cons of buying a new 2+ year old trailer? Would you loose 2+ years of tire life? Are all the warranties still good? What harm to appliances for sitting unused for 2+years?

Any info would be very helpful.

Thanks for the info already given.

LaCrosse Trailer

Thanks for the info guys. The search is over, we bought a 2010 LaCrosse 303rk, new off a dealer's lot today. We will try to pick up nex week weather pending. It is about 200 miles away.

I'm sure I will have more Prime Time questions in the future.

I do have a couple now.

What is the R-value in the walls and ceiling.
What is the difference between LaCrosse and LaCrosse Luxury Light

Thanks

Congrats on a great choice. I'm sure you'll be very happy with your new aquisition and have many years of great camping/travel experiences.

I believe Lacrosse/Lacrosse Luxury Lite are one and the same (if not, I'm quite sue someone will correct me).

And, I can't recall the "R" values off hand but, I have no doubt someone willl chime in here with the info you need.

There ar a couple of us on here with the 303 RKS so, feel free to reach out to us should you need any help or info specific to the 303 RKS.

Congrats and have fun. Post pics when you get it.

The trailers are basically the same but we started consciously marketing the fact that LaCrosse is very light weight for its size.

The insulation in your model is R-11 in the walls and R-14 in the floor and roof.
