Lacrosse 318 BHS outside kitchen fridge problems

Hi there...anyone have trouble with their outside kitchen fridge? I have a brand new 2013 and the outside fridge appears to be a dud. The outlet has power, the fridge does appear to be trying to work but will not get cold. It would be good to keep beverages warm but that is about it.

Thanks,

Nope. Ours works great. I do have to turn it down pretty low if the temps are hot outside though.

No issues with mine. Had to turn it up since the weather has been a little milder lately.

Ours keeps my beer cold! I had to change the side the door hinges on. It seemed backwards to me

No problems with mine. I have to turn it down pretty cold during the summer months. Don't be surprised if it takes 24 hours to really get cold, though. It won't be cold in an hour or anything like that. If you have the thermostat turned down and after 24 hours it still isn't cooling, you might want to see about having it repaired or replaced.

Well, I pulled the "dud" refer out myself and Eldon @ Prime Time was fantastic....they shipped me another one and yesterday I got it put back in. Works A-1.....what terrific customer service. Outstanding!

On another note....completed second trip...ironing out minor bugs, but what a terrific camper.
