Lacrosse 318BHS

We picked up our 318 wednesday. After getting it home and just sitting it it for the past few days looking for things that would need to be fixed i finally found a problem. The pin that holds the bunkhouse curtin closed is off by 1/8 inch keeping it from latching. That is the only thing I could find so far and I have been looking. The quality of the Lacrosse is unbeleivable. Cant wait to get it hooked up at the camp ground. So far I think I will Love this camper.

Welcome to the forum.
Glad you like your new tt and it's problem free so far.
Post some pics when after you get back from camping.

Here are some pictures of my 2012 Lacrosse 318BHS. Quality is at best questionable.

You shouldn't had never had seen any of those issues. Hopefully everything have been taken care of and you are able to enjoy your RV.

Prime Time promised to fix all these problems but when I took it to my dealer all repairs were not covered under factory warranty except the coat rod and the outlet. I have read a lot of good things about Prime Time but that is all. I should have bought the Keystone...

Have you been in contact with Prime Time since dealing wth your dealer? If PT agreed to fixing the issues then it should be taken care of regardless of warranty or billed to PT. Remember that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Keystone is good too but there are issues with them just like any RV company. In my brother's case it took some time to get his 5th wheel as ordered and some fix-its taken care of.

Please keep us updated.

Take care.

Talked to Roger at PT and he said they were not warranty issues and apologized, after telling me they would fix all these things. Going to post these pictures as often as possible on this forum. Maybe some one from PT will see them and contact me. Better yet any one thinking of buying one will know what defects to look for.

Don't waste your time with Prime Time. They are as two faced as they come. First they tell me all repairs will be done but once the dealer called to get approval PT denied most of the repairs.

I have other photos to add because we continually find more "corner cutting" things with our coach.

I have a lacrosse 319QBS and have noted a few cost cutting manufacturing nuances. Like using one screw to hold drawer brackets in the wardrobe, and things like that. I took it to my dealer and they addressed and fixed every issue I brought to them, at no charge to me. I'm not sure if this was a product of the dealer or PT... Either way, I was happy. We have been camping nearly every weekend for 3 months straight and are very pleased so far!

The issues hicks has are FAR beyond the norm from my experience. That trailer should have NEVER left the dealer like that. Either way prime should fix it under warranty, and i honestly dont see why they wouldent......they and my dealer have been nothing short of great and usually send me parts to my door for the minor things i have found...hopefully he will get it all resolved or already has.
