Lights stopped working in our slide out

We have checked all the light bulbs, fuses and breakers. We have 2 separate lights on that slide out, one over the dinette and one over the couch, neither one works now. We have a Tracer 2800RLD. Any ideas?

Everything else working? All outlets and lights in other parts of the unit? No GFCI tripped anywhere, is there?

All of our other lights are working perfectly. We even checked the GFI outlets. We don't know what else to do.

Mark, the lights don't work either way.

I don't know your particular model well. So please excuse the "dumb" questions.
Are there any other things on the slide out that use 12v?
If so, do they work?

There isn't any thing else except the slide out motor and that works just fine. Thanks for any advice, we appreciate it.

First, I would look at your converter panel and see if you have any blown fuses, it is possible the 12v for the slide out is on it's own.
If they are all ok, then I would run the slide out about 1/2 way out and start looking on the top and bottom of it for the wires for the lights. See if they got pinched or just came off and are loose.

The fuses and breakers are okay. We will try bringing it in halfway and see if we find any disconnected wires. Too dark to do it tonight.

This happened to me....check your wiring under your slide. I would be willing to bet it has caught on something and has cut them.
