Lippert LCI Leveling System problems

The LED display lights up but no verbiage

I ran the slides out the other day at the house to load a new couch into the RV HOWEVER, all 4 jacks were not down and the RV was NOT leveled.

Today I backed up to load the RV got out hit the on button for the leveling system and it threw an error code "check stability".

Then i continued to manually raise the RV, backed under, hooked up and went to the campground.

The LED display lights up but, no verbiage. The front jacks will operate manually by pushing the buttons however, the rear jacks will not operate at all??

We tried unplugging the LED display, didn't help.

We tried holding all for buttons in at the same time, didn't help.(L,R,F,R,)

The LED display lights up but nothing??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David

Since you have already tried unplugging the display I'm not sure there is much more that can be done. You pretty much need to read the display to see if there is some sort of error code.
The only other thing you could try is unplugging the main interface box which is the actual part that senses if the RV is level & tells each leveler what to do to get it level. I should be located on the ceiling inside the front storage/generator bay. Try unplugging that and the display again for about 10 - 15 minutes and see what happens.

Good luck.

Good luck.
thru this process i did manage to get one error code (9to acknowledge) however, it's only happened once and display is still backlit with no verbiage.

using a multi-meter i checked the battery, auto circuit breakers near the battery, and the power going into 4 point 5th wheel controller (part# 14346) and everything tested fine.

disconnected the plug from the back of the LED panel and found we're only getting 6V to the yellow wire, the other 3 wires had 12V.

I have no idea what the yellow wire is and best guess to replace part# 14346 5th wheel controller

I'm just not sure which part is bad

thanks for your input!

Thanks for posting. I really wrung my hands about buying my autolevel ground control 3 system from etrailer but their support connections into LCI are unmatched.
