Location of Sanibel 2012 Slide Out Controller for Bedroom slide

We have a 2012 Sanibel and while on our current trip today when we went to slide out the bedroom and it only went a short distance and stopped. Tried again and only one side appears to be working (motor). We wanted to try to manually override it but cannot find in our books or on any videos or information on the Internet where it is located in our rig. The book tells us what to do, but how can you do it if you don't know where it is?

Any assistance anyone can provide is welcomed. Our unit is 39 feet.

On my 2015 Sanibel 3601 the bedroom slide is a schwantec type slide. The company was bought by LCI liepert. The liepert web site does have the procedure for either extending or retracting the slide. I have never had to do this on my unit. The highlights are that you have to remove some trim and remove the top gear assembly on both sides. Then you can pull or push the slide open or closed.

On my '12 3500 the bedroom slide controller is under the bathroom sink behind a plywood partition on the bottom attached to the side wall.

Manual override function
Find the controller (black box about 6"x6") find the small black button in the square opening - push seven times and hold on the seventh till the LEDs start flashing, then operate the room as normal.

What specific model is yours?

On our 2014 3250, the control box is located in the basement, street side, attached to the ceiling/floor just above the sheet metal propane enclosure.
