You may want to note that the grey and galley tanks are tied together and equalize while filling. So when you shower at least some of the water will end up in the galley tank.
That can also help you with the level of the trailer. If the galley tank is filling faster than the grey, then you know your tongue high.
Just thought I would add. Each tank is a 30 gal tanks which gives you a total of 60 gallons of grey water holding capability.
