Main Slide Out Slow/Sticking on Extend

I have the 318BHS.. I have two brand new deep cycle batteries with shore power hooked up.

I have lubed the gears, conditioned the seals, and checked all wiring connections. The slide out motor sounds fine when it works, but seems to struggle until the slide wiggles "free" and keeps going.

It retracts just fine, no issues. Its the extend that sounds "labored"

Any ideas?

Of course, right before heading to Disney World....

Thanks in advance!
John

Was it doing that this summer? Maybe because it's cold out there?

Well I am certainly no expert by any means, we took our first trip in our TT this last weekend, but when we put the slide out on Friday it was almost 80 degrees, when we closed it yesterday it was about 35 degrees and it seemed labored and slow. I have absolutly no idea if temperature has anything to do with it but it seems reasonable, I watched the rubber seals "slip" into the slide as it closed. Everything sounded and acted normal just slow.
