Max size Television on outside of camper?

2014 Tracer 2670. I would like to be able to watch TV on the outside of the camper. I have noticed that its almost impossible to remove the TV from the inside as all the wires run down the middle of the entertainment center and im not sure how hard it is to remove the bezel to get the plug out nor if its really worth it to keep doing that. so I was actually looking to get another TV and just mount it on the outside.. Primetime sent me the mounting bracket for the back of the TV but I cant find anywhere on what size tv nor what weight the outside bracket will hold..thank you

I don't think so, its just the normal white mount that came with the camper.. I called Primetime and he said don't go bigger then a 32 inch.. im just wondering if it goes by weight. I will keep it at 32 or under, but some sets are heavier, like a 32 inch plasma is much heavier then a 32 inch lcd... im just wondering what is safe or not.. Or if anyone figured an easy way to get the wires out of the inside of the camper? they are kind of fished thru a hole and im not sure if that bezel comes off where the dvd/radio is located on this camper..

I went threw the same thing on my old 2670. Thought it would be a pain in the butt to remove the tv from inside. I would think you could go 32" and today tv's keep getting lighter.

My camper came with this mounts. The tv was a 26" Jensen and those are very heavy. Currently we have a 32" Sony Lcd, very light and we are "upgrading" soon to a 39" and the weight still less than the original Jensen.
Also you have to know that the bigger tv have to fit inside of the entertainment center, if your camper have one.

The mount on the side of the TT is pretty solid. Plasma tv's were the heaviest followed by LCD's and now LED's are the lightest. If you go with LED, you can go quite large. Just be aware that you don't block you connection points ie; power outlet or cable connection.

The smaller the better IMHO. I wouldn't want the people in the site next to me having a big idiot lantern on the outside of their RV. If you're going to spend your outdoor time watching TV, why bother leaving home in the first place?

I'll take the "idiot lantern" any day over their stupid dog barking outside all night. Been there done that.

Please be careful how you word things. This response provides no benefit to the OP. Some people live full time in their campers and it is just like you sitting at home watching TV at any given time but they enjoy theirs outside of their "home". Or let's say a sporting event is on and one decides they want to watch it while camping. How you enjoy your campsite is your choice and you can't blame others for doing the same. Happy Camping.

Sounds like someone needs a nap. Let me turn my TV down.

OP-I love my outside TV. It is a great addition. Keep doing what you are doing and hang that bad boy up and enjoy.

This too big? I'm sure I tick off a few neighbors once in a while, but usually we just invite them to watch the big game or kids movie with us.

Your first sentence was ok, the rest it's out of line. I like my kids and my friends together watching a game or a movie after a long day.

I was next a guy with his tv political trash cranked so loud you could hear him 8 sites away. Very rude in a tight campground. Especially since I very strongly disagree with his politics. Time and a place for everything. Not against outdoor tv but used reasonably with respect for your neighbours.
