Missing options on 2015 Lacrosse 330RST?

I bought the subject TT new. It only had one AC unit, even though it is 38' long and 50 amp. The dealer said we could add a second AC unit, if we wanted, later.
We tried to add one before our cross-country trip this summer. I contacted Prime Time to verify it was pre-wired and they told me it was. I took it to the dealer and they said it wasn't and didn't know if the roof would support it. They said they would need to rip out the ceiling to install one. (the dealer said that if it was ready for an AC unit, there would be a vent in the bedroom, an electrical cover plate in the ceiling and wires in the breaker panel. Mine has none of these) I again contacted the manufacturer and they said it is ready for a second unit.
While looking through all the paperwork/ brochures from when I bought it, to see if it mentioned a second AC unit, I saw that my outside kitchen was supposed to have a sink. The manufacturer said it didn't come with one.
QUESTION - Does anyone have a 2015 Lacrosse 330RST with a sink in the outside kitchen and that is pre-wired for a second AC unit (or came with a second unit)?
Thank you.

This is very strange!!

This is true if there is no roof vent in the bedroom then it has NOT been structurally built for a 2nd AC unit.

And more than likely this unit was bottom of the line of that product, sits on a lot very low price to get people in the door then they up sell you!!

I saw a 2018 and it had NO sink in the outside cooking area, again this might be an up sell to a higher price unit!

Lacrosse is not an entry-level trailer for PrimeTime.

The Prime-Time website does say that the 13.5k drop in the bedroom is an "option"
LaCrosse Travel Trailers by Prime Time Manufacturing

That page also say this was effective as of yesterday, so...

I have a 2016 lacrosse 327RES. The second ac was an option which we elected to get when we ordered it. The option had to be added at the time of order. It could not be added after due to not having a vent in the MB in the front. The roof has to be reinforced which is why most dealers won't do the install after the fact. Agreed....Lacrosse is not an entry level product.

Apples to oranges....but my P.T. 290 Crusader came with the one A/C. The vent, pre wired and supports in place for the second unit in the bedroom. If I were you, I would look it over yourself, if you have not done so, and not take the word of the dealer! I apologize if I sound skeptical, but.....

Thank you all, for responding. I would really like to hear from someone with the same year, make and model as mine, that bought off the lot, to see if they have what I think I'm supposed to have.

MY 2017 330rst has the pre-wired vent, and we put in the 2nd A.C. unit. Love is! There is no sink in the outside kitchen as there is no water or drain ran to that side of the rig. I don't miss it.

I think the dealer had to order the vent pre-wired and framed.
