I saw my claim ticket that was paid for under warranty but if I remember it was 1650ish.

Yikes! I would think that the MFG's know it is an industry wide issue they would repair under warranty. That being said I can't imagine the frustration by owners who are told they have to pay to get something to be a known issue repaired.

Mine was around 1500 Cdn also, was authorized for 1000 work wise. I then reached out to PT directly for decals. VERY pleased with end result.

I have no idea since the dealer sent me to the body shop that repainted it. Cost was covered by PT. But like others have said and what I've heard, anywhere from $1000 to 1500. When I got it back it looks fine but upon closer inspection there were a few small imperfections with the paint job I can live with. If I paid out of pocket it would have been a different story. It's been a year so we'll see how it holds up.

Hey crabby guy, who was the body shop that did yours if you don't mind?

Here's the web site. Auto Repair Shop in Glen Mills, Garnet Valley, Media, and West Chester, PA Unlimited Truck Fabrication
I just dropped it off where the dealer told me to. Keep in mind, this dealer isn't the dealer (2 hours away) where I bought the camper. They referred me to one that was closer because they couldn't do it for the amount PT was offering, hence the closer dealer then referring me to the body shop a few miles away from them.

My whole story starts here. Discoloration on Nose Cap

I brought mine in for the dealer to look at the faded cap and couple other issues. He extended the kitchen slide and cut and rolled up the flooring under the slide. That was the last straw with a 8 month 5er. I left with Keystone Montana 3711FL front living room - my first 5er was a Keystone Cougar and never had a warranty issue.

Wait so you had a Crusader that was 8 months old and it had serious issues so you traded for a Keystone Montana? Do I understand this correctly? I love the Montana but my 2014 F150 won't cut it so sticking with my Roo for now

Yep that what I did!!! This wasn't the first issue I had with it but it my last LOL. The Montana is at the very top end of my F350 SRW Diesel but still under payload and GVWR by just a couple hundred pounds.
