Mystery Water - Kitchen Sink 290RLT

We have just had our rig in for some final checks before the warranty is up and we head south. In the spring we had water damage on the front of right corner of the kitchen cupboards.Never any water on the floor on wither the inside or the outside of the cabinet. Dealer recaulked the sink and replaced the cabinet front corner and we thought all was well. They also noticed water marks under the counter. They seemed to think that there was water rolling off the counter top and going under the lip of the counter and perhaps down the front of the cabinet. I have been very careful to wipe the counter and check that there is no water in this area.

At this recent inspection they have found more water damage. I am not sure how extensive. They have pressure tested all the plumbing and can not find a leak anywhere.

My concern is that the rig will be out of warranty and the issue is not solved. They seem to think that it is the water rolling off the counter. I have been very careful with this so I can't imagine that this is the cause.

Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Will the warranty cover an issue that is not solved before it runs out?

We are going to pick up the rig on Monday. The dealer is an hour and a half away. What do we do from here?

Prime time has stepped up to the plate on some other issues that we have had and I am hoping that this issue can get solved.

Water scares me!!!!!

Have you checked the faucet? We had water dripping under the kitchen counter/sink and it came from the hot water faucet not being tight. Just a thought.

Make sure PrimeTime is fully aware of the water damage issue, and that they have logged the issue with your unit. That is the date relevant to warranty. The water has to be coming from somewhere!
The fact that your dealer cannot find a leak doesn't mean you don't have a problem! It just means that the dealer can't find the leak.
You do use a pressure regulator, right? Is there any possibility that water came in at some time through or around your roof vent while the rig was not in use and dried up before you could notice it?
This is a mystery...

Well I contacted Prime Time. They replied promptly and said that they would contact our dealer and work to solve the water issue. It will be covered under warranty. I can't speak highly enough about Prime Time. We had some issues with a lock, furniture and a regulator. Everything was handled without a problem. When you have this much money invested it is great to know that you have purchased from a company that will stand behind it's product. Thanks Roger.

To aid you and the mfg., take lots of pictures before you wipe it up. Someone may pickup the source.

I wish there was water to wipe up. Just mystery water damage. Never see any water. I have been extremely careful. They have replaced the right side of the cabinet once and now 4 months later there is water damage again. Our dealer has pictures and documentation. They have been great. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of this mystery. We may have to take it to the factory on our way south.
