Need advice

I brought my brand new tracer air 250 home today. Love it, can't wait to camp this weekend! One thing I noticed while loading all our camping gear in though. It does not have a headboard above the front queen bed. The unit we looked at the day before did have one (but was missing the under bed lift struts) and all the pictures online show one. My unit has the bed lift struts but no head board. I'd like to have one, but am I plum out of luck now that I've signed papers and pulled it away or could this be a warranty type issue? Nothing broken, just missing....

I'll call the dealer in the morning, what do you think my chances are?

It is a leatherette type rounded thing that would match the other leatherette of the couch and dinette. I'm not much of a builder but just want it to match.

It can't hurt to inquire. Also might be something you can order too if need be.

When I was ready to sign the paperwork I took another look at my TT and could had sworn the bed was suppose to be a walk-around bed. I questioned it in depth before remembering that I took pictures and video earlier. Turns out the other model had the walk-around bed, not the one I decided upon.

Good luck.
Great choice for "Living within my means" and camping for one...

Hmm, interesting. ours is a 2015 Tracer 250 AIR, it has the headboard as you described and we can walk part way around the bed. Can't walk all the way up the sides due to the clothes cabinets. Would think that would be standard.

I think I've read other threads where a trailer didn't have something that it was supposed to have and the dealer solved the issue. I'd ask.

Well I spoke with the dealer, they were real nice about it, apologized for not noticing it when they checked the trailer in, and are ordering a warranty replacement.
