NO 12Volt Crusader 320 (2012)

Okay so we have 110 power but no 12V...nothing is tripped...all the fuses we see appear okay? Anyone have similiar problems. Our dealer..Scotts Motor Coach in Lakewood NJ were no help...they got the sale that is all they cared about. Anyone any similiar problems? Note the trailer has been plugged in to shorepower for quite some time and it has not been moved to cause wiring to become lose..

With 120v plugged in and functioning, I would take a 12v meter or test light and look for output on the 12v side.

Your converter is not working.

What make do you have?
If the converter is not providing greater than 13 volts, your battery will die in 3-4 days. Then you will have "NO DC" at all when plugged in to shore power.

Check the circuit breakers by switching the OFF (all the way off) then back on.
If one is tripped and it says "CONV" you have found your problem.

If the battery is DEAD. YOU MUST REMOVE IT.

The converter WILL NOT charge a dead battery.
It will only charge a LOW battery.

Remove the battery and charge it with a dedicated battery charger. It may take 8-12 hours to charge it. It it won't take a charge it was too badly discharged and will need to be desulphated or replaced.

But with zero help from our dealer...Prime Time came to the rescue and a new converter arrived to my door overnight. We are waiting to hear from Prime Time what happened to ours but in the meantime I have to say...thank you Mike at Prime Time...had it not been for you I don't know what we would of done.
