Norcold N811VERT

We just bought our Crusader 315, it has a norcold model n811vert fridge. There is no shelf in the freezer. Is this model supposed to have a shelf ?

Got the same fridge in my 2015 294. Did not have a freezer shelf. Called PT and they said it should. Looked at other 294 on lot when buying mine and it did not have a shelf. Sales guy took one out of some other camper after I played the voicemail I got from PT saying it comes with a shelf. I'm not crazy about this fridge cooling ability when loaded so watch those temps on the lower shelves... They can get warm so keep the meat on upper shelves when camping in warm temps.

Not crazy about things in the RV or the fridge? If the RV, what do you not like about it? Just curious, nothing more.

We bought a 315 about a month ago and love it. We are headed out on our second trip tomorrow. The fridge on the other hand is a turd for sure.

There have been so many little things we've had to repair, things missing, and just poor workman ship in general. And last night we started having AC problems. This is a 2015 model, we've used it on about 3 or 4 camping trips.

Man very sorry to hear that Jerry. Hopefully you get the issues worked out and eventually enjoy your unit.

At least the fridge will keep the turds warm... We are keeping our critical food in the cooler until this 100 degree plus temps pass.

I'm not interested in his turds, just wanting advise.
