I keep the 325 in a pole barn when we are not camping. I hook up power and water open the slides etc. as soon as we get back from a trip. Yesterday I go outside and I notice water dripping from the opening where the hose and cable go in, there is a nice sized puddle. So I figure my hose connection must be dripping (we have a few days of much cooler weather). I go in the house get my keys and and unlock the basement door. The water is not coming from the hose but, dripping out of the fresh water filler inlet. I know there was only about 1/4 of a tank of water in the fresh tank I keep that much in it just in case we need it while traveling. All I can think of is that maybe there is a bad check valve or something like that is allow the house water to bypass back through the pump. I use one of those little camco regulators and the pressure from the pressure from the house is not that high. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what was the fix?

am curious to hear the answers to your question Rick V. Am also curious why you connect the water while the trailer is being stored. Another question we have on the double wide fridge is- has anyone had trouble with the latches not holding while traveling? We have started duct taping ours while on the road.

We keep the 5ver in a pole barn and once we get home extend the slides and basically set everything up even the satellite dish, just like we are camping. I have power out there too. The DW likes to wait until we get home to clean inside and usually needs some water. We will sometimes just go hang out and even spend the night n the camper we call it back yard camping. I have never had a problem with the fridge door opening while traveling.

That is great thing about having your trailer at home- ours is in storage unit- so we clean before coming home. Glad you haven't had fridge door problems- hope your water problem is easy to fix.

After checking around and reading some other threads I think my problem is resolved. I turned off the House water supply and ran the pump for a few minutes. I turned the house water back on and I have been checking the fresh water gauge for a few days it seems to stay the same.

Howdy, new to forums and our 2014 325RES. Have a couple questions. There is an on/off switch on the first step leading up to the bedroom. I haven't been able to determine what it does, anyone know? Also, has anyone inverted the blinds on the big windows on the slide out?

When you return home to a dark trailer at night flip the switch on to have lights. Don't have to hunt around in the dark.

Not sure why you want to do this?

I think it would be nice to have the option of either top down or bottom up movement on the blinds too! Especially on those long atrium windows 👍

I think I already know the answer to this question but, do I need to run the furnace to heat the basement? It is going to be in low 20's here tonight. I already drained the water from the water lines but, it would be nice to heat the basement just to be safe. I may just put a lamp in there to help.

Kitched drawer

I hope this works, not sure how to add pictures.
The wife loves this, she says it works great. Also made smaller ones for the top drawers in the bedroom, work great for jewelry etc.

We have been changing and adding things to this trailer since we got it home. The big thing was insulating the front cap (look behind shelves in front closet) and moving the shelves forward 6 inches. Made a huge difference.
Good luck.

We also found the sofa couch uncomfortable to sleep on but solved the issue by cutting a memory foam mattress down to size. We store the memory foam under the bed when not in use.

Ours is this way too and we had it on our list of items for warranty repairs. The service dealer told us the slide is designed this way due to the difference in body shape from the front of the slide to the back.

Anyone ever update the kitchen faucet on their 325? Wife wants one of pullout ones with a sprayer. If you have what did you replace it with and any tips or tricks on the install?
