Outside Lights

We have a Crusader 290RLT. The outside light beside the door burnt out. What is the trick to removing the cover on the light. We think it must snap off but we can't get it to budge.

but
that should be the case
on our new to us trailer
while removing one light plastic cover
I thought the THING would break
before I got it off
seemed to snap off at the last second
then I had to take the dang
light cover off again
just as hard as the first time !!

usually there will be a
slight indentation
where one can get a (strong) finger nail
or (small) screw driver into
and pop that THING off

I had the same issue. They are snug!
BTW, the automotive type bulbs in the dinette lamp, and the porch light, all burnt out on my first trip. Primtime really saved some money there.

One thing that I do when changing lights like this is to use dielectric grease on the socket on the light. It really will slow down buring out these styles lights.

Disapates the heat which keeps them from burning out prematurely.
