Parts for Prime Time fifth wheel

Does anyone know where to find parts for our Prime Time campers? It seems like everything I need to replace is not a standard size that typical parts places carry (like camping world, dealer stores etc) and I cannot find them online. For instance the air intake filters for the A/C nobody I've talked to has ever seen them or know how to get them. I would like to change the A/C vents in the front BR to vents with a damper so I can close off the A/C - again they are a different size than any I can find in the stores or online. Same thing with my LED lights. I'm missing a cover for the light - again there are no light covers to be found. I found the light fixture with the cover but you have to buy the whole fixture for $57 to get a plastic cover worth about 50 cents.

Just looking for an online store that may sell some of these odd sized parts. Wonder what the purpose is of making everything non standard?

Air filter media you can get from Lowe's or Home depot and cut it to size.

I have looked at both places with no luck. I even have a friend that owns an HVAC company who has never seen it. The filters are made somewhere... I just want to be able to replace the original part without having to settle for something I had to "make work".

As others have stated before new filters are available from the following:
Air Filters Inc.
8282 Warren Rd.
Houston, Texas 77040
1-800-667-8563

But they can also be replaced with standard ac foam sheets that you cut to size. Any of the big box lumber yards will have them, but not easy to find in some so ask. I would think also that Prime Time would be happy to sell you the original filters also.

Thanks. The foam won't work. These are filters mounted in a cardboard frame. All I'm trying to do is replace what is there. I gave talked to several dealers who said they have never seen them. I appreciate the response though, just hoping someone knew where to order the originals

Filter

You would be much further ahead and just ask the parts department at Prime Time/ Forest River to get the part, or go to a dealer who sells Prime Time trailers to get the part. They should be able to order the filter.
Or make one up is others suggested.

I have address this issue with a modification in tech forum. We have furry kids, the modification will allow you to replace it with a 12×12 filter which you can buy at any hardware or home improvement store. With much easier access and replacement.

I took mine down, vacuumed the heavy stuff off, unstapled the material from the cardboard frame, and DW washed them in the sink & hung them to dry. I then re-stapled them back onto the cardboard and put em back up.

Hidden in the bowels of this forum is a link to a website that carries the vents, or at least ones that would work for this application. Problem is, the search function sucks here. I actually bought one of the vents louvers that close and through it away because I did not need it. I just spent a quick 10 minutes searching for you and could not find the post. I will keep trying.

Yeah! That was my thread. The forum won't let me respond to that thread since it is so old so I will post here what I bought.

Here is what I bought but when I bought it last year it was like $8 and not the $17 it shows now.
