Poor Shower pressure
Ever since we purchased our 292BHS lacrosse the shower pressure has been extremely low, we have used it with and without a pressure regulator.
i took it apart and it looks like maybe there is some sort of plastic three hole plug that causes it to run slower.
I pulled the head off and it seemed to have lots of pressure without it hooked up.
What have you done with yours?

I havent gotten to it yet but many people replace them. Try a search on OXYGENICS. Many people on this site give them high reviews.

We replaced our shower head with one that uses oxygen. basically the water is energized and texturized with oxygen, speeding up the flow but actually uses a lot less water. We love it!

That plug is intended to reduce the flow of water so that you don't: (1) run out of hot water too quickly (2) run out of water if you are on the tank.
Many people remove the restrictor altogether, especially if they only use supplied water at camping parks and such. If you remove it, just be aware your water usage will increase significantly which will reduce your shower time.
The oxygenics shower head is a great alternative.

added bonus to the oxygenics is the button to turn off the water while you soap up.

Right. But be careful. We looked at one in a camping store that did NOT have the cutoff button. We had to look carefully at the packages to make sure we got the one with the cutoff, which is essential in a camper. One of the best camping gadgets we've ever bought.

Good to know, we generally always get a site with full hook ups, the wife wants everyone to shower every night to keep the trailer cleaner.
Will definitely have to get the oxygenics head.

I got the oxygenics shower head just prior to my trip this weekend, and it made taking a shower a whole new world. Great purchase and simple to do.

We just ordered an Oxygenics shower head from Camping World. It comes with the shutoff button. Can't wait to try it.
Maybe I'll try and install it while drinking beer.....this way I can evaluate which is a better innovation.

For best test results make sure the beer is ice cold
Who invented beer anyway?
