Potentially new owner
Hello all, my family and I have been looking for a TT and I believe we may have found our new vacation nest. First a bit of history; my family consists of my wife and myself, as well as out two daughters, ages 5&7. We live on the jersey shore, and hope to do at least a dozen weekend trips a year, and one week long as well. My TV is a '14 GMC 2500hd crew cab with the Duramax.
We have been looking for a bunkhouse mainly because we'd like to accommodate the nieces or nephews if they're interested. Originally, I had my heart set on the Keystone Cougar, but I was turned off by the dealer in my area so we shopped around a bit more. Low and behold, we came across the Tracer 3150BHT and it fit the bill perfectly. Size, weight and most importantly PRICE.
I have experience towing boats, but I was a little concerned about the OAL of 34'. My biggest concern being setting up in some of the campsites.
Aside from that, I have read nothing but great things about prime time, as well as this model. So, barring any skeletons rearing from the closet, I'll probably pull the trigger by weeks end, and when I do, please prepare yourselves for a plethora of questions.

Welcome! In my opinion, having a good dealer is a must. I unfortunately don't. 
As with all brands, makes and models, there are good and bad units out there. Prime Time overall seems pretty well done.

Hi. Also from the Jersey Shore. I had a 25 foot TT for one year and traded up to a PT Crusader 295RST 5th wheel. I pull it with a F250. We leave ours on a site in Sussex County all season for weekends and then tow it for a 10 day trip in the summer.
Either way they are easier to tow then when I towed my boat. My opinion. Welcome and you will love it!

Welcome and good luck with your TT. The 3150 is the same floolan as my lacrosse 318BHS, I think I'm just one trim level up.
I have been in some pretty tight spots with mine , primarily at state parks, but the nice big private campgrounds are no issue at all.
Anyplace you go should as the dimensions of your unit, I stick with 32' when I tell them, and never have an issue.
That is a nice unit and for family you will love the layout. I have had mine for 3 seasons now, I have 2 kids , and they love it

We are in the process of purchasing our first travel trailer. Right now we cannot decide between the Flagstaff 25DS and the Rockwood 2502S. Everything seems the same except for the outside decals and the inside color scheme. The dealer will sell both for the same price but we cannot decide, the colors scheme inside the Flagstaff seem a little brighter.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Prime time makes some of the better units out there. The service has been fairly decent. I would say great but Im not really satisfied with there position on the slide-out wear issue.
My unit is about 2 feet longer then the tracer your looking at. Some state parks for me are tough to fit into and some not at all. I find now I really have to do my homework on a campground to make sure I will fit.
When we went to on vacation I googled earth the cc and use the measuring tool for picking a site and it worked out good.
