Power Stabilizer Jack

The front power stabilizer on my 327 RES broke when trying to lower the jacks this weekend. The motor runs but the jacks will not raise or lower by power. The jacks work fine manually, actually they seem to work better (quicker) manually than by power. Anyway, is there a pin or something that typically shears or something else that is a common failure? I have not dug into it since we got home this afternoon. Suggestions? The specific jack is a Lippert LCI Model #: 198641

There are roll pins in a coupler on the motor. 1 of them might have sheared. Motor is easily removed.

Finally got time to dig into this. The first shear pin in the coupler had sheared off. Both ends were still in the coupler, not sure where the middle part went?? I replaced it with a cotter pin of a similar diameter. It should work fine and still provide some level of protection to the motor/shaft. Was very easy to repair, only 4 small bolts to remove.
