Prime Time a Great choice!!!!

Making the choice to go with a Prime Time Crusader has been a great decision. Not only did we get a great 5th wheel but Brandon has been great with all of our questions and concerns. It really means a lot to know that you are not just a number. They actually care about what there buyers have to say! I will recommend Prime Time to everyone.

I believe all of us Prime Time owners have made it very clear how happy we are with our chioce of RV.
There is no manufacturer or RV that's perfect, but Prime Time has shown how much they want to make a change, a difference in the RV industry as far as producing a quality product and in customer service.
They test each trailer that comes off the line not once, but also a second time in a seperate facility before shipping. They require all dealers to test the trailer again before placing it on their lot for sale.
They do listen to their customers and respond quickly. We have already witnessed some of the changes they have made due to customer response.
If you have ever dealt with them it's easy to tell that customer satisfaction is a priority and not just some slogan.
Along with BC11, I also will recommend, and have, Prime Time to anyone interested in purchasing a new RV.
