Prime Time Customer Service and Coach Net
Most of us usually write to complain about something, I feel like I need to write to say how great Primetime's customer service has been trying to help me with the problem I had over the weekend. They contacted me off the list and somebody from Primetime actually called me.
I was trying to figure out how to get my trailer to the dealer after the electrical problem, i would have to spend almost $300 to have it towed there, but then I remembered about the 1 yr free roadside assistance. I called primetime back, they gave me the information for coach net,because i haven't gotten my card yet (my trailer is less than a month old), called coachnet and they were able to find my information in their system and they got my trailer to the dealer without me having to spend a dime.
They have an automated call to check if the towing company had arrived at the time they had estimated and if not (which was my case) they will call the company and see where they are and reported back to me (of course, they were just around the corner when I hung up).
Anyways, I love my trailer and I'm glad it's a primetime.
