Question Prime Time Dealer Service

Let me first apologize if I ask stupid questions, this is our first TT.

I live in West Texas which does not have a Prime Time Dealer however it does have a Forest River Dealership. The closest Prime Time Dealership is in San Angelo which is a two hour drive for us.

Can I get the Tracer serviced (in or out of warranty) at any Forest River dealership or will I have to take it back to San Angelo for service?

Thanks in advance.

Probably depends on the dealer... if they want the work. Have you tried contacting Prime Time directly?

I was told that any FR dealer could work on PrimeTime units if they want to. Also, if you get resistance, contact Prime Time and they will contact the dealer to facilitate the repair.
