Prime Time "Sanibel" MFG has come through for us!

Since last August Frog Rally, we have had some minor problems with our 2014 Prime Time Sanibel. These items could not be fixed at the FROG Rally. After setting down Mary Faulstich with Warranty problems on Prime Time products, we came to agreement to have the Factory make the repairs on our Sanibel, in the off Season. Our 5th Wheel was delivered to the Factory in early November and because of Factory being relocated to different address, Work was started in late February. All of my problems was taken care of, plus some that I was not aware of. When the Transporter was getting ready to ship my 5th Wheel Home, they damaged the front Cap on my Sanibel, which it had to go back to the Factory for repairs. After the repairs were made it was shipped to me in April. This Sanibel is our 3rd Forest River product we have purchased and proud to say I bought a Forest River Prime Time Unit. I have heard so many stories about RV manufactures making "Junk" RVs! I am sure glad they stand behind their RVs.

Thanks to the whole staff at Prime Time for their help!

God Bless;

Prime Time " Sanibel Repairs made

To respond to my posting on Prime Time making repairs to my Sanibel. It was asked what did Prime Time repair?

They took care of my Drivers side Slide on the Living Room was dragging the Under side of Floor, replaced a Seat Cushion in the Dinning Room Table Chair, Repaired Awning Seam at door opening. This is what I requested on repairs. They also found a crack in the Gel Coat on the front Nose Cap and repaired it, They found 2 dents in the Refrigerator doors and replaced both Doors, and they repaired the damage to RV and replaced all the Decals on the Front End, when a Transporter damaged my Sanibel in shipping it back to Oklahoma, they took back to the factory and made repairs to my satisfaction. They then shipped it my Rig to me.

I can not give enough praise to Forest River / Prime for standing by their Rigs. If you have not joined FROG " Forest River Owners Group, do it soon, it Free! Then attend a FROG Rally in Goshen in August. You will really enjoy this Rally and meet great people there from all over the Country and Canada.
