It would seem Prime Time has replaced the fabric with hard board under the slides, at least on our unit, the paint job is immaculate, and Prime Time contacted me within hours to let me know that our awning motor was in fact not part of the recall.
Couldn't be happier so far ... we pick it up on the 19th !!

Good to hear prime time has taken care of another customer! There customer svc is far above and beyond others. I think that's a great thing and will benefit the entire company. There's nothing more that makes me a happy customer when the factory follows up with you and checks on things. That's great!
