Primetime Lacrosse wheel berings

I have had two wheel bearings fail and cause fires inside the brake drums. I am presently sitting in North Little Rock with our second failure now. I am very concerned about Lippert axles and bearings. Has anyone else had this problem?

You didn't state how old your camper is, but have you ever greased or repacked them? Are you at Camping World? Your not but 30 mins north of me. Let me know if somehow I can help.

Lacrosse wheel bearing

Hi Ida, the bearings were all packed last Oct when the other axle was replaced in San Antonio. Our Lacrosse is a 2011. I am waiting on a call back from our extended warrantee people. It's been an hour.

Have you had this problem?

I talked with Lippert and they told me that greasing the fitting in the end of the axle does not count for anything maintenance wise. My question is, then why do they have them? Not looking good with anything from Lippert, but still waiting on them. Primetime has really gone to bat for us with Lippert and Camping World in North Little Rock has been absolutely great.bery impressed with both of them.
