These two brand lines are new to PT. So you probably won't find much about them yet.
They appear to be twin brands EXCEPT the Navi is stick and tin construction, while the PTX is aluminum frame/fiberglass siding. The Navi models appear to be heavier than their PTX twin and have lower CCC numbers.

You need to look at what features are standard for each and what options each one has.
My guess is that the Navi is a lower priced and heavier version, than the twin PTX line.
