Remote Entry Questions and Answers

Thanks for the quick reply. Having you and others at PrimeTime so available is a testament of the importance PTM places on customer satisfaction. On a side note. How do I get the cover off of the Keypad to replace the batteries? I have read the information you posted about this however I cannot see a notch for a small screwdriver. Do I have to pry the keypad off of the wall to get at it? Thanks for the help

Yikes - I'm going to refer you to the Pros on this one. I don't want to give you marginal advice.

Contact our Service Department at

Prime Time Manufacturing, Manufacturers of travel trailers and fifth wheels

They can help you with the specifics on the keyless. Sorry.

PTM

The big brochure for the free extras which was taped to my table showed a keyfob for the keyless entry. Were there supposed to be keyfobs with the '11 touring editions?

The Key Fobs were never part of the Touring Edition.

When we first started offering the Keyless Entry on LaCrosse as a standard feature, the Fobs were how it was offered. We then switched to the key pad as a replacement to the Fobs since they were always getting lost.

I saw your request come thru - we're on it.
