Rippa's Crusader 290 RLT

Picked it up Feb. 19th. First trip this weekend. Rained all day Sat., but enjoyed the trip anyway. New to forums, so if I screw up the pic, sorry in advance.

Thanks. Are you getting used to backing up the 5'ver. Like you, I had a bumper pull. The fifth wheel is a bit differant. I guess I'll get used to it.

Yes, I'm getting there. My spotter (wife) and I just have to remember I now need to start my turns earlier.

I'm Envious

I have the same trailer but have it under cover since November after only using it 2 times. I am really itching to get it out but want to make sure the freezing weather in PA is over. I used it enough to know that it is a great trailer with plenty of fun trips ahead. Good Luck.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new 5'er.

Somehow the rain doesn't seem to matter as much when your sittin' in a brand new trailer!

Good luck and happy camping!

Don't worry KAB449, spring should be here for you very soon. It's been nice in south LA for a couple of weeks. Unfortunely, we don't plan to take any trips until June. You're right grhodes50. My wife and I did not mind spending all day lounging around. The recliners, cable, flat screen tv, etc. all helped. Boy we were roughing it.

Having a real nice day here in north central Maryland. Decided to open up the garage and sort out the camping gear that we didn't want to leave in the TT while it was in storage. Found the Golf Cart under the pile. Now wondering where it all this stuff was in the TT. Decided to clean the Golf Cart.....Done. Looked at the tow vehicle decided it needed a good wash after the winter snow, salt etc. Better wax it now too, may not have a chance once we start camping!! Next week TT........MAYBE

DONE, TOASTED, MISSED THE RACE ON TV........NAP TIME!!!!
