1 leaking window. 1 leak from water pump (cross threaded). Darco fabric mentioned above. All fixed by dealer. I don't think any Rv is issue free. I used the first year to find any issues and get them repaired.

That's what scares me my dealer is to far away.Bought my Keystone Alpine had no problems in the 1st year.Had a rear electric leveler motor go out the 2nd year, called lippert they send me a new one free, I installed it.Also had a storage door delaminate on the gel coat. Keystone send one to nearest dealer & paid them to install it & replace decal.Had another question for you irishrv how does the auto leveling work for you?

Works great. You unhitch then bring the front down some. Pull the rear pins and hit auto level and move on. I think lippert is using a new setup that you don't need to pull rear pins but not sure if crusaders have them yet. Either way far easier than manual levelling.

Picked up the camper today ,very unhappy with it pulled it 100 miles on interstate only getting between 8-9 Mpg about 65 miles per hr..Always got between 10- 11 on my keystone & it weighed 12,400 dry weight. What are you getting pulling yours?

Don't know exact mpg. Seems pretty close to my previous cougar but since crusader is 2k heavier not quite as good but very close. Nothing shocking.

OK, got stuck with the 15inch tires going to bite the bullet & buy 16" rims & tires.Hope to sell the 15" set.I am carrying the rv about 2" high in the front this will level it out, the 16" tires are about 3.8 inches taller which should give me about 2 inches higher in back.Hope this helps the mpg.Atleast ill even out the rev.per mile between the truck & camper, as it is the tires on the truck make 750 rev. per mile the camper wheels only do 650 rev. per mile.

Just be sure you have enough clearance between the top of the tire and the wheel well.

opps said that wrong..the campers tires have to go 750 rev. per mile , while the truck tires only go 650 rev. per mile.
