Exclamation Roof leak 2012 crusader

Came back to the trailer today during an all day rain and find the roof in the rear of the camper leaking. I don't understand this because I keep it covered for 6- 7 months during the winter and check the roof for damage and cracks when I take the cover off each spring. This is our second summer with this trailer but the first significant rain day. What is the warranty coverage on the roof? What can I do after the rain stops to find and repair the leak?

I would contact your dealer and PT.
EPDM rubber membrane is made to last 20 years or longer and has a 10 to 12 year guarantee depending on the brand.

Its probably a leaking fitting past a seal, screw or cracked joint. Even running lights can leak. Often due to heat expansion and cold contraction, even in the same season. Cover can't stop those action, only delay the leak.

Unfortunately we too have developed a small leak in the dining/sofa slide towards the bottom. It has caused a small amount of delamination on the outer wall next to the steps. The dealer submitted a photo as well as pertinent info to Prime Time but was kicked back as out of warranty and cited as a customer maintenance issue. I've barely owned it 2 years, and kept it covered in the winter. I really like the unit and its layout and other than this no real issues. Seems to me that less than 2 years and having this sort of problem is frustrating. Oh well guess we'll keep it a little while longer.

Unfortunately seals are only warranted for 90 days from purchase date..... So, start caulking early.
