Our 3901 issues are horrible. First time out noticed a quarter size hole in rear awning, contacted dealer for replacement. Dealer asked for a few pictures, climbed on roof to get better pictures and noticed the awnings are 2 different colors. No one could explain the reasoning. On our next outing we noticed a small drip on the living room ceiling, thought it may be condensation. We have since taken a roadt rip to Texas, and with the heat, the air runs a fair amount. Condensate water from the front air conditioning constantly drips from the ceiling. We had a monsoon rainstorm,we had 2 gallons of water in a trash can catching water.A mobile repairman said the cause was a stripped bolt from the factory that attached the air conditioniner to the roof. The coach was built in Feb 2015,so rain water has been leaking for 8 months. The ceiling is sagging and noticed a small amount of mold. Forrest River asked us to make an appointment to make repairs but no dealer in texas will look at it because it wasn't purchased from them. All this and more issues before our first payment is due. The ball didn't start rolling with forrest river until we mentioned hiring an attorney and rescending the whole contract. Will keep updating info.

I'm having tons of issues also. Been at dealer 4 times with like 30 items wrong including water tank falling off, spare tire falling off and have recently switched to another dealer cause first dealer was down right terrible. Unit is aweful for what they advertise it should be as a high end unit.

A poor excuse for a bed. They should make the engineer that designed it try to sleep on it.
