Sanibel 3501 a/c

We have a Sanibel 3501. Is there a way to run done 2 ( master bedroom ) without running zone 1 a/c ?

Yes. But, if it's like my 3250, some air will come out of all the ducts. I believe the whole trailer is ducted together. Just 2 a/c's to increase cooling capacity.

Thermostat should have "2 zones" (Zone button) Just set "Zone 2 to "cool" with fan either on "LO, MED, HI or AUTO. Set Zone 1 to OFF with fan on AUTO. Keep in mind there are time delays for both units so, after making your settings there will be a delay before the units respond.
