Not sure what manufacturer it is. I was told these were just changed. The rear cushions are in the middle of the bed with gaps all over. I wish they still had the Lane furniture.

Your Anderson Water Valve may be defective as was mine. Mine did the same thing. When hooked up to city water the tank would overfill or when turned to tank fill nothing happened. Very likely your problem.

Not at all. My 3601 has more storage than anything I've been in. Every Rv has some issues. When we get back to Rapid City the dealer will replace the check valve. I really like the 3601. The tv hookup in the basement is great. I put a 32 inch tv on the wall mount and watched all winter here in Mesa.

Hi, did you ever get this flex issue corrected? We have a 2015 still under two year warranty until July. I just noticed we're developing suppurations there now also.

I think you want to ask tlamb6463 if he got it taken care of. It was his issue I was addressing. I hope PT did something for him. He hasn't been on here in a year.

Angry 2015 Sanibel

We purchased our unit in 2014. THey are beautiful, but unfortunatly, we have had to have most of the unit rebuilt over the course of the last two years. I won't go into details because they are too numerous, not to mention the sadness of such an expensive lemon.
Prime Time stood by the warranty work and extended the warranty for another 6 months pending review again when those months were up, and threw in a free TV. Tv wasn't a repair issue. . Those months were up in Feb. WHen I contacted them, I was told it would be reviewed by at least 3 people and someone would get back to me. I've contacted them a couple of times and get no response at all. Sadly the fixing goes on.
Hopefully you will have a better trailer than what we got.

What makes you think the thermostat quit working? Did it go completely blank or does it show an error code (E1,2 etc)?
