I have the same problem just not to that extent. Bottom of slideout is bowed on outside corners. Dealer says this is a common problem because slideout floor is sealed by facia panel and not wrapped with sealant, allowing water to get into wood floor panel causing wood to swell. Actually broke off most of the screws holding bottom facia panel on. Not sure if you have exactly the same problem but I would examine the underside of your slideout to see if there is any evidence of swelling ( putty pushing out or broken bolt heads).
