Schwintek slide issue??

Well I just got back from a 1500 mile trek to Maine and I know my slide before stuck out at the bottom but it seems to have gotten worse. Top side is closed fully tight and bottom is out about 3 inches or so. Does anyone have any ideas or way to adjust this? There was a lot of road construction and teeth jarring moments. Maybe it jumped track if that's possible? Slide still goes in/out fine but j worry about rain getting in. I ran it fully opened and closed many times and notice while bringing it in it pulls tight on the bottom and then releases open after I let go of the switch. Same thing when I open it up it seems to go all the way and then kinda retract back in a few inches.Click image for larger version

Open the slide and keep the button pressed for 2 or 3 seconds and then close again holding the button. 2 or 3 seconds. Might take a few trys but it should realign them. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply but i've tried that. No luck. I was always told to hold the button down for an extra 2-3 seconds each time in/out anyway so it's what I've always done.

Mine is out from top to bottom. This video shows it being out side to side. I'll try it but I haven't had any luck yet. It's back in storage for two more weeks until I go out again anyway. Thanks for the help though!

After looking at the pics, resetting the controller will not fix this. The motor is on top and it drives a 300 to1 gear reduction that drives a rod that goes from top to bottom, this rod has 2 gears that drive the 2 racks you see on the outside of the slide. The 2 gears are not adjustable unless 1 of them has become disingaged from the drive rod. Resetting the controller will only syn the motor on the front of the slide with the motor on the rear of the slide; It cannot do anything about top to bottom.
