Last spring I posted how I had a problem with my fresh water tank straps being broken on my 2012 3500 Sanibel and the lack of response from PT regarding a letter I sent them regarding the issue. Ends up that while the letter was widely circulated at PT, there was a miscommunication about who had gotten back to me. Anyway, Shane Imus called me back as soon as they realized that nobody had called me, apologized profusely and arranged to have the the fresh water straps replaced and the new straps properly secured by the dealer. Last summer I read another post on the forum about frame flexing and possible broken welds. I had similar flexing and showed it to my dealer on my next visit. He contacted PT and they agreed to have the trailer brought back to Indiana for repairs. I want to say that Dan Collins and Kent Roberts were both very cooperative and easy to work with in arranging the repairs which were apparently done by Recreation Specialties. Ron Green of RS was also very easy to work with and also arranged to have my roof replaced, insurance claim, due to some damage I did when I got too close to a tree at a campground. I picked my trailer up from the dealer today and unfortunately had to put away for the winter, but my wife and I are anxiously waiting for Spring so we can go camping again. All in all, great customer service from PT and Ron Green at RS.
