Slide bracket digging into the tire?

I was inspecting my trailer today and noticed one of my tires has a line cut into the tread. The line goes all the way around the tire. I pulled the slide in and saw that a bracket on the slide was about a inch above the tire. The tire is elevated slightly from uneven ground. Anyone seen anything like this before or have any suggestions for a fix? It's a crusader 315rst if that matters.

Any help is greatly appreaciated!Click image for larger version

Not sure what year model you have but we had the same issue with our 2017 OKBS with the torsion axles.
Our dealer contacted Forest River and found out there was a known issue with slide bracket clearance. We had 2" spacers installed free of charge to fix the issue.

Wow. Thank you for that information. That's the exact issue I have. Same trailer. Going to give forest river a call and see what they can do.

Good luck, I was told not covered. I just crawled under there and used an air dremel and trimmed it off. And I travel with that slide open about an inch or so and have not had any problems.

My issue was different then your issue. Johnruff linked another thread in your thread that is my exact issue for the crusader 315rst (crappy bracket design) Last 6 of my vin is part of the recall so I am hopeful that they will resolve it. I also trimmed that corner down in the interim and if they don't resolve it I'll go the "correct track" route and lift it.
