Slide out not sliding

I have a 2013 avenger 32 res. have had it about a month. Getting ready for weekend trip this week and extended the slide in the bedroom that is a chest now it won't slide back in. Won't even try. No noise no clicks nada. And of course the dealer is closed this evening. Any thoughts?

Checked fuses. Plugged into electric. The other two slides went in just fine.

Hey Les, I'm a Elkins too, and my wife and I are fulltime RVers and have a PT Lacrosse and love it so far. We have had it for 2 years and have been full timing in it for about a year. Knowing PT, they will make it right.

Hey Less. Is the slide a Shwintek slide? If so, I've had the same experience and may be able to offer some help. But, if I know PT, you've already got this handled by now and are on your way.
