Start with your dealer first. If you can't get anywhere I would contact primetime. I'm assuming your out of warranty??

strips ready for install

Here is the strips Im going to use. Dont see how on my unit this can be done without jacking the slide. My underside is in constant contact with the wear bar.

Plato-Got a part number and a phone # on who you spoke to? The rubber seal on my bedroom slide is being pinch by the rollers when out. Seal is between roller and bottom of slide.

That's looks like the one's on my Rockwood except I couldn't tell if the tip went up at a 45 where it drops into the weather rail? Also hard to to tell but looks like it's a little thicker..... also looks lile you are using 2 sided tape and not staples? When you first press the button to bring it in it should pick up or rock back a 1/2" or so to clear the seal. At least that is how a rockwwod works.

It was not the right part. My parts girl is checking with FR for the proper part and will get back with me today.

For what it's worth, here's a little info. We picked up our CC at the dealer today and I went digging for info on the plastic glides that we have. I'm not sure of their supplier, but after a little research, I believe they are made by Majestic Formed Plastics. I have an email sent to them to find out where I might can get them, outside of the dealer. These are pretty darn thick and work really well. I will post more info if / when I receive it.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.

Im trying to find out more info on them, but this is all my dealer had.
There is no markings on the product to identify anything. Keep ya posted.

Sorry to hear about the slide seal, that cant be good. Hope you can get it un-pinched.

Big john,
Majestic Formed Plastics , I found them some time ago and told prime time about them. Good to bring that info up again as they look possible too.

That one looks just like the rockwood one's with the 45 degree tip.
