I don't know but I doubt they are out of business. I am headed east and stopped at Dixie RV/Camping World in Hammond, La. and saw a decked out PT Crusader. Had a different bottom that the Darco but did have Darco tape wrapped around the edges and extended an 1"or so on the bottom. It had come unraveled and the bottom of the slide could be seen. Looks like they are still using MDF-a terrible material to use where it could get wet. The black material was hard and looked like the more commonly used material that other companies use.

My Crusader is at Dixie RV now and not happy with them or PT at this point.

That is the same as Rockwood uses except it twice as wide, all a person cares about that it wraps up the side at 90 degree and it go's over the wear strip.

Thought you said once, yours had a 45 degree on the inside ends. The one's I've seen on Rockwood are more flimsy.

I dropped off my 295RST at my dealer on Saturday to have the slide kit installed. PT was supposed to ship 2 sets but the service manager was not 100% they had shipped both. I certainly hope so since both slides are showing wear. I will see how it all looks when I get back in town in a few weeks.
