slide out won't work

Does anyone know how to manually slide out the slider on a Tracer 31 ft travel trailer? We cannot figure out where to manually crank it out and are at a campground

Might be a nut on the motor... That was where a friend of mins was on his crusader. I have another friend with a tracer and his is behind the wood trim inside.

We will try that. Thank you. We also realized that we never received the crank with our trailer. Another disappointment with this product.

If it's a Schwintec duel motor system there is a manual override in one of the compartments under the slide. Check out https://youtu.be/bGL4aILZYcY. as far as I am aware there is no way to manually move the slide without disconnecting the 2 motors and pushing it which is very difficult.

No crank needed / necessary. Use a wrench out of your own toolbox!

As I mentioned previously, if it's a Schwintec DC motor slide there is No manual crank as far as I know. I've had similar problems with mins and you must disconnect/remove the motor to push it in or out.
There are several videos here explaining: https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...+motor+removal
Good Luck

Just figured out what my problem was. There is a small spring like driveshaft between the motor and the gear box mounted on the wall above the slide that was broken. This is the 2nd time in 12 months this has happened but let the dealer fix it the 1st time. I was given the wrong size part had to go back and the dealer told me FR went to a slightly larger driveshaft I am guessing they are having issues with the 2014 and older tracers. Part cost me 20 bucks so I bought 2 of them so I now have a spare because I know it will happen again based on history.

Can or do you have pictures to share? I wonder if my 3200BHT has the same type of motor and gear on the the super slide.
Thanks!

I have added a couple of pictures. the driveshaft is the small pin that goes between the motor and the drive box. In my Tracer it is located above the main slide mounted on the wall. You can see it from the end of the slide looking in or behind the facia of the slide.
